Become an Earth Artist! Welcome to participants of all levels and abilities! Mix and apply natural earth minerals into paints onto wood.  Learn how to use non-toxic and earth friendly processes to create a safe studio environment and artworks.  Visit ancestral roots that link Art to the Earth in the workshops.  In the two day workshop, learn the Italian application of gold leaf onto paintings together with the use of natural mineral pigment paints. Gold Leaf & Mineral Paints (Two-Day)

10:30 – 3:30pm 

Day 1: Introduction to earth paints, wood panel (12×16″) preparations, mixing paints, design and composition and, Gold Leaf application. 

Day 2: Painting techniques for earth paints and demonstration, work on individual paintings and sealing work.
Price: $300

All painting materials are supplied.

What You Need: 

• Bring your own lunch & drinks.
• 6 small jars or tins to store paints (2 oz).
• Any favorite brushes & palettes knives
